From WSU. This is a 10 minute meal. Ingredients:
1 lb pasta |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 teaspoons butter |
2 tablespoons chopped garlic |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
2 tablespoons chopped parsley |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook and drain pasta, set aside. 2. In a skillet on low heat, saute in the oil and butter, the garlic, onions, and parsley about 8 minutes. 3. Season to taste. 4. Toss pasta with warm garlic mixture and serve warm with bread and a green salad. 5. Variations: You can also add chopped olives or bell peppers to the garlic mixture or any favorite chopped vegetables. Experiment, try any new pasta noodles too. |
