Revised from the main dishes cookbook from Pampered Chef - used for weight watcher point. Ingredients:
9 ounces whole wheat spiral pasta |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
8 ounces broccoli florets |
2 large carrots |
2 garlic cloves |
1 red bell pepper |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
1 ounce fresh parmesan cheese |
10 ounces reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package. 2. Combine cornstarch and salt in small bowl, whisk in chicken broth. |
