Creamy pasta carbonara with bacon Ingredients:
500 g pasta |
300 ml milk |
20 g margarine |
20 g flour |
250 g cheese |
100 g bacon |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta 2. Melt margarine 3. Mix flour with margarine 4. Slowly add milk to roux, constantly stirring 5. Remove roux from heat 6. Grate cheese and mix into roux 7. Cook and dice bacon 8. Add bacon to cheese sauce 9. Drain pasta, place in large bowl and add cheese and bacon sauce |
