From my aunt many years ago. Really tasty and addictive! Ingredients:
25 g butter |
1 onion, finely chopped |
1 garlic clove |
1 tablespoon chicken stock powder |
2 cups cooked chicken |
1 cup cream |
ground black pepper |
chopped parsley |
200 g farfalle pasta |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon chicken stock powder |
Directions:
1. Chicken:. 2. 1. Melt butter. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is clear. 3. 2. Stir in chicken stock powder. 4. 3. Add chicken and cream, heat through but don't boil. Add pepper. Sprinkle with parsley. 5. Pasta:. 6. 1. Cook pasta, add 1 tbsp butter and 1tbsp chicken stock powder. 7. 2. Put on plate, pile chicken mixture on top. |
