Pasta and vegetables Ingredients:
85 g rotini |
1 1/2 cup tomato sauce |
1/4 green bell pepper |
1/4 red bell pepper |
1/6 onion |
1 clove garlic |
1/6 cup mushroom |
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Heat vegetables in olive oil in a large skillet 2. Cook pasta as directed on box 3. When vegetables and pasta are cooked, add strained pasta to the skillet and mix. Add pasta sauce and simmer until heated through. 4. Serve with parmesan cheese |
