It is so simple and delicious. Ingredients:
2 cups small shell pasta |
4 teaspoons margarine |
3/4 cup ricotta cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until done, about 9 minutes. 2. Drain but reserve a bit of the water in case the pasta is too dry at the end. 3. Mix the pasta with the margarine and ricotta. 4. If it's too dry, add a bit of the hot pasta water to moisten. |
