My fiancée is from Eastern Germany. His mother made this recipe, when she had time to cook. Ingredients:
500 g pasta, i.e. penne |
85 g salami |
200 g tomato ketchup |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
200 g cheese, i.e. cheddar |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta al dente. 2. Cut salami into mouth size pieces. 3. Heat olive oil in pan. 4. Fry salami until brown. 5. Mix pasta, ketchup, cheese and salami including oil. 6. Serve and enjoy. |
