One of my favorite dishes that we usually only eat on Passover, although it's good all year round. Ingredients:
6 eggs |
1 cup matzo meal |
1 cup milk |
2 cups cottage cheese |
4 ounces hard cheese, grated |
1 package spinach, washed and torn into small pieces |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Pour into a well-greased casserole dish. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
