This is a passionfruit syrup that's needed in Fruit Punch-Non Alcoholic Ingredients:
1 cup water |
2 cups white sugar |
1 cup passion fruit pulp |
2 lemons, juice of |
1 teaspoon tartaric |
Directions:
1. Put water and sugar into saucepan and boil for 5 minutes. 2. Add the passionfruit pulp, lemon juice and tartaric acid. 3. Boil for another 3 minutes then take off heat. 4. Strain out seeds and pulp, and pour the mixture into a clean bottle. 5. Keep the bottle of sauce in the refrigerator and use it within a month. |
