Created by James Manuel David of Australia this won in the Australian Bartenders National Competition in 1986 for long drink, it also picked up an award in the World Cocktail championship in Rome 1987. This is fruity fizzy & refreshing, a great summer drink. Ingredients:
45 ml strawberry liqueur |
60 ml orange juice |
60 ml lemonade |
5 ml lemon juice |
passion fruit pulp |
1 scoop ice |
Directions:
1. Pour strawberry liqueur into a highball glass and add a scoop of ice.
2. Add orange & lemon juice and then lemonade, top with passionfruit but do not stir.
