Ingredients:
1 cup bottled unsweetened iced tea |
1 cup passion fruit juice |
2 cups ice cubes |
2 tablespoons superfine sugar |
2 large carambolas (star fruits), sliced |
Directions:
1. Combine tea and juice in an 8-inch square glass or ceramic baking dish. Cover and freeze 1 hour or until slushy. Remove from freezer; combine tea mixture, ice, and sugar in a blender. Process until smooth. Garnish with a star fruit slice. |
