Ingredients:
4 ripe passion fruit (or 1 cup passion fruit juice) |
4 ounces rum |
2 teaspoons sugar |
2 cups ice, crushed |
angostura bitters |
nutmeg, freshly grated |
Directions:
1. Squeeze the passion fruits and strain the juice. 2. In a pitcher combine the juice with the rum, sugar, and ice. Stir well. 3. Pour the mixture into 4 glasses. Add a dash of bitters and sprinkle nutmeg top each glass then serve. |
