Serve on cocktail bread slices. Must chill at least 2 hours. Ingredients:
3/4 cup carrot, shredded |
1/4 cup cucumber, seeded and chopped |
1/4 cup celery, chopped |
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped |
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine carrot, cucumber, celery, green pepper and onion. 2. Drain on paper towels for 30 minutes. 3. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 4. Stir in vegetables. 5. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. |
