This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bradshaw Estate in McKinney, Texas in 1988. Ingredients:
1 envelope onion soup mix |
1 pound ground beef |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
3 packages refrigerator crescent rolls |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. In medium skillet combine onion soup mix and meat then brown well. Blend in cheese. Separate crescent dough according to package directions then cut in half. Place spoonful of meat mixture in center of each triangle and fold over and seal edges. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes. |
