Party Stuffed Mushrooms

Watch them perform their famous dissapearing trick.
Ingredients:
12 medium fresh mushrooms, cleaned
2 tablespoons unsalted margarine, divided
1/8 cup finely chopped celery
1/8 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/4 tablespoons mrs. dash seasoning mix
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 slice low-sodium bacon, crumbled (optional)
1/4 cup light sour cream
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Remove and finely chop mushroom stems; set aside.
3. Place mushrooms cavity side-up on baking sheet.
4. Melt 11/2 Tablespoons margarine in small skillet.
5. Add mushroom stems, celery, onion and All-Purpose Original Blend.
6. Saute until golden brown.
7. Remove from heat.
8. Mix bread crumbs, bacon, and sour cream.
9. Spoon lightly into mushroom caps.
10. Mix remaining 1/2 Tablespoon melted margarine and lemon juice.
11. Drizzle over stuffed mushrooms.
12. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
13. Serve immediately.
