PARTY PINWHEELS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hoyt Estate in Allen, Texas in 1989. Ingredients:
16 ounces cream cheese softened |
4 ounce package ranch salad dressing mix |
1/2 cup minced sweet red pepper |
1/2 cup minced celery |
1/4 cup sliced green onions |
1/4 cup sliced stuffed olives |
4 flour tortillas |
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl beat cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth. 2. Add red pepper, celery, onions and olives then mix well. 3. Spread 3/4 cup on each tortilla then roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. 4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours then slice into 1/2 pieces. |
