One of my mom's catering recipes - she doesn't give specifics on the sherry proportions, but I'll guess. Ingredients:
4 ounces braunschweiger sausage |
2 tablespoons anchovy paste |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup dry sherry |
Directions:
1. Combine 1st three ingredients. 2. Add sherry a little bit at a time, enough to make a spreadable paste. 3. Form or mound on a small plate and serve room temperature with assorted crackers. |
