I love these meatballs....they are good for parties or just to put over cream potatoes.... Ingredients:
2 pounds ground chuck |
1 cup oats |
1 cup evaporated milk |
1 teaspon instant onion flakes |
1/2 teaspon parsley |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
sauce |
1 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tables vinegar |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Mix and form balls.
2. Place in large casserole dish.
3. Sauce:
4. Mix all ingredients together and pour over meatballs.
5. Cook 350 degrees for 1 hour and 50 minutes...
