A fabulous (and addictive!) recipe shared with me by a co-worker named Penny. These are always the first thing to go whenever I serve them at parties, and everyone wants the recipe,so be prepared to share. :) My youngest daughter's boyfriend coined them Amazing . Enjoy! Ingredients:
24 party-size potato dinner rolls |
1 (9 ounce) package thin sliced deli ham (such as hillshire farm) |
6 slices sandwich size swiss cheese (then quarter each slice) |
1/2 cup butter (melted) |
1/2 teaspoon poppy seed |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 1/2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard (i use french's) |
1 tablespoon onion flakes |
Directions:
1. Slice potato rolls 3/4 of the way through. Stuff each roll with swiss cheese and ham. Continue until all 24 rolls have been stuffed. Place rolls in a 9x13 pan. 2. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over rolls. 3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. 4. Note: These can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight. If you do this, skip the baking step and bake when needed. |
