Ingredients:
8 slice(s) bacon |
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup |
8 piece(s) dried beef |
16 ounce(s) sour cream |
Directions:
1. Best if done the night before. Spray casserole dish and line with dried beef. Cut chicken breasts in half and wrap with piece of bacon. Place on top of dried beef. Stir together cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Spoon over chicken, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Bake, covered, at 300 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hours. Serve with white rice and green beans. |
