this is easy, but seems like a litle effort was made. pretty and tasty. Ingredients:
2 # carrots |
2 t chicken bouillion |
8 oz velveeta, cube |
2 t butter |
8 oz cream cheese |
4 green onions, sliced small |
14 t salt |
1/4 t pepper |
Directions:
1. disolve bouillion in 1 in water. 2. add carrots slices 3. simmer til almost cooked 4. in another pan, mix velveeta and butter. cook till melted 5. add...cream cheese, onions, salt and pepper. stir till melted. 6. Drain carrots and combine with sauce. put into greased baking dish 7. Bake at 350 degrees .....25 min till bubbly. |
