                    This is a topping for a Pineapple Party cake and I believe could be used for a filling also. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix  |  
                                                1 cup cold milk  |  
                                                1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened  |  
                                                1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed  |  
                                                1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Beat until smooth. Blend in cream cheese. Fold in the whipped topping, then fold in the crushed pineapple.                              |
