New take on potato bake Ingredients:
3 yellow potatoes, cubed |
3 sunchokes, sliced with skin on |
3 carrots, sliced |
3 parsnips, sliced |
1 celeriac, peeled and cubed |
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder |
3 tbls butter |
1/2 c parmesan cheese |
1/2 can of evaporated milk or 3/4 c cream |
1 tsp winter savory or sage |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in baking dish. 2. Bake at 375 degrees F for an hour or until tender (depending on how large your veggies are). 3. Can save 1/4 c parmesan cheese on top for last 15 minutes of baking or add all at beginning. |
