Recipe serves 4 to 6. Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds tiny new potatoes |
1/4 cup butter |
1/4 cup snipped parsley |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Scrub or scrape 1 1/2 pounds tiny new potatoes. 2. Cook in boiling salted water 15 to 20 minutes; drain. 3. Peel if desired. 4. Meanwhile, melt 1/4 cup butter in saucepan; stir in 1/4 cup snipped parsley and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 5. Pour over hot potatoes. 6. Serves 4 to 6. |
