The version from my house growing up. It's a great new combo to try. Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh parsley |
1 cup walnuts |
extra virgin olive oil |
salt |
3 garlic cloves |
Directions:
1. Place parsley leaves,walnuts, and garlic in food processor. 2. Pulse until coarsely chopped. 3. Stream in EVOO to your desired consistency add salt to taste and pulse a few more times. 4. Enjoy over past or as a spread or dip. |
