This is my mom's recipe and it keeps for a long time. It yields approximately 2 cups. For many yummy salads Ingredients:
1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley leaves |
1/2 onion (big) |
3 garlic cloves, more if they are small |
1 cup olive oil |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup vinegar |
Directions:
1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender of food processor. Work until its homogeneous. |
