This is a quick and easy dip you can serve with any fresh vegetables. My family loves garlic, so I'll sometimes throw in an extra clove, which we love but may be a bit powerful if you're not a fan of garlicky flavors. I found the recipe online, but I don't recall where. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup sour cream |
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped |
2 tablespoons onions, diced |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 garlic clove, diced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and let chill for a few hours or overnight. Serve with any fresh veggies you have on hand. |
