This is a quick and easy dip you can serve with any fresh vegetables. My family loves garlic, so I'll sometimes throw in an extra clove, which we love but may be a bit powerful if you're not a fan of garlicky flavors. I found the recipe online, but I don't recall where.
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons onions, diced
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and let chill for a few hours or overnight. Serve with any fresh veggies you have on hand.
