Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 cups small red potatoes, quartered |
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 dash crushed red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute stirring frequently. Add potatoes and cook 18 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper. |
