Parsley Buttered Carrots for the Microwave |

Another yummy recipe from my Microwave cookbook. Ready in less than 15 minutes, this 3 ingredient side dish is easier than apple pie :-) Really... Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine |
2 cups carrots, sliced into 1/3 inch pieces |
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes |
Directions:
1. Place butter in a small casserole. 2. Cook in a microwave at HIGH for 30 seconds, or until melted. 3. Add carrots and parsley flakes, stir and mix well. 4. Cook at HIGH for 6 to 8 minutes, or until tender. |
