I've been searching for recipes to use up coconut rum that was given me, and I found this on the internet. I've not tried it yet, so no idea whether it tastes good or not. Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces captain morgan parrot bay coconut rum |
3 ounces pineapple juice |
2 ounces cranberry juice |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a highball glass over crushed ice. Stir well, and serve. |
