Parmsean Garlic Buttered Stuffed Mushrooms |

My sister gave this recipe to us years ago, it's my husband's favorite appetizer to make! Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter at room temperature |
1 small shallot, finely chopped |
2-3 cloves garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons each finely chopped parsley and grated parmesean cheese |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
12 large mushrooms |
1 small baguette, sliced 1/2 inch thick |
Directions:
1. Mix butter, shallot, parsley, cheese and pepper until well blended. 2. Twist off mushroom stems; reserve for other uses. Evenly spoon butter mixture into mushroom caps 3. Place mushrooms on cookie sheet and broil about 6 inches below heat for 5 minutes or until butter is melted. Place on top of a slice of baguette and enjoy! |
