These are great on soups and salads Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, coarsely grated |
1 tbls. flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper 3. Stir cheese and flour in bowl 4. Make 4 mounds on each sheet(about 4 tbls each) 4-5 inches apart 5. Bake about 10 minutes (until golden) 6. Cool 2 minutes 7. Remove from baking sheet but be careful, they are very delicate |
