Very nice and light vinagrette great for a salad or poured over vegetables. Enjoy Ingredients:
1/2 cup salad oil |
1/3 cup white wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon granulated sugar |
2 teaspoons snipped fresh oregano |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan |
1/4 teaspoon celery seed |
1 clove garlic minced |
Directions:
1. In a screw top jar combine all ingredients. 2. Cover and shake well then store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. 3. Shake well before serving. |
