Paula Deen's recipe for a super easy, quick and yummy side dish that goes with just about everything. Ingredients:
1 can whole tomatoes, drained |
salt |
pepper |
butter |
parmesan cheese, shredded or grated |
Directions:
1. Put tomatoes in a single layer in a baking dish 2. Sprinkle with salt & pepper 3. Put a pat of butter on each tomato 4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese 5. Broil until cheese melts |
