Tilapia fillet with parm crust Ingredients:
4 oz tilapia fillet |
1/8 cup parmesan cheese |
1 tsp fat free mayonnaise |
2 tbsp lemon |
1/8 tsp basil |
1/8 tsp pepper |
1/8 tsp onion powder |
1/8 tsp celery salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except fish. 2. Broil fish and season with salt and pepper. Broil for 2 minutes, flip over and broil for 2 more. Cover fish with parm mixture and broil for 2 more minutes or until the topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to over cook the fish. |
