Simple preparation of a spinach dip everyone will love Ingredients:
2 cups frozen spinach, thawed and drained |
1 cup parmesan cheese |
4 ounces cream cheese |
8 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and squeezed |
4 ounces half-and-half cream |
3 ounces feta cheese |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients over med heat, reserving half of parmesan. 2. Stir until combined. 3. Sprinkle remaining parmesan over top. 4. Serve with tortilla or pita chips. |
