Parmesan Shrimp Au Gratin With Sherry

Ingredients:
4 cups water
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 lbs shrimp
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 tablespoon louisiana hot sauce
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons sherry wine
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Heat water & salt to boiling.
2. Add shrimp & simmer 1 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
3. Drain & rinse in cold water to stop cooking process, rinse & drain again.
4. Cheese sauce:.
5. Melt butter.
6. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, parsley, & hot sauce.
7. Add milk all at once.
8. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened & bubbly.
9. Add cheese & stir until melted.
10. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, & sherry; cook 1 minute.
11. Arange shrimp in 11x7x2-inch baking dish.
12. Pour sauce over shrimp.
13. Topping:.
14. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over sauce in dish & top with Parmesan cheese.
15. Broil until cheese melts.
16. Goes good with pasta, rice, or baked potato & salad.
