Parmesan-Scallion Dip

Haven't tried this one yet, but the low sodium content caught my eye.
Ingredients:
1 cup whipped cottage cheese (, with chives)
5 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
4 scallions, including greens,chopped fine
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 dash cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or blender; mix well.
2. Taste and add more cayenne if desired.
3. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
