1 cup flour |
1/4 cup whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary |
1 cup buttermilk |
1 egg |
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients, cheese and rosemary in a large bowl; stir in buttermilk, egg and oil, mixing until just blended. 2. Pour batter into greased muffin tins; bake at 375 until muffins are browned and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes. |
