Simple, tasty and cute. What more could you ask for. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, 10 count |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup shredded cheese, i like cheddar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Spray mini bundt pan with cooking spray. 3. Combine butter, garlic, italian seasoning and cheeses in bowl. 4. Cut each biscuit into quarters and dip in butter. 5. Fill each bundt half full with biscuit pieces and bake 10-15 minutes in preheated oven, until just starting to brown. |
