I got this recipe off of the little cards they have at the butcher counter at the grocery store. This is probably the best recipe I have ever made. If you like fish then you must try this recipe. The ingredients may sound weird but oh my god...it's so good! Ingredients:
2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions |
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce |
1 lb tilapia fillet, thawed if frozen |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°. 2. Mix parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, green onion, and hot sauce in a small bowl; set aside. Pat fish dry with paper towels. Coat a shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; place fillets in baking dish. Spread parmesan mixture evenly over fillets and sprinkle with paprika. 3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork and topping is puffed and light golden. |
