A very easy side dish - you can set this up in no time and just let it cook all day. Ingredients:
2 lbs red potatoes, chopped into wedges |
1/4 cup yellow onion, chopped |
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Layer the potatoes, onion, oregano, salt, pepper, and butter in a crockpot. 2. Cook on high in the crockpot for 4 hours, or on low for 7 hours. 3. Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with cheese. |
