4 large baking potatoes (2 pounds) |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Line a baking sheet with heavy-duty foil. 2. Cut each potato into eight wedges; place on foil. 3. Coat with Pam. 4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and seasonings. 5. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until tender. |
