Easy and different. Ingredients:
2 lbs baking potatoes |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 dash garlic powder |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes; cut lengthwise into fourts. 2. Cut each fourth into 3 strips. 3. Roll in melted butter, then in mixture of crumbs, seasonings and cheese. 4. Place in single layer in baking dish. 5. Pour any remaining butter over potatoes and bake at 400 for 30 to 35 minutes until tender. |
