This cheesy potato recipe is enhanced by the great flavor of the French's French Fried Onions. My Mom passed this recipe on to me. Ingredients:
10 3/4 ounces campbell's condensed cheddar cheese soup |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
4 medium potatoes, cut in 1 pieces |
2 7/8 ounces frenche's french-fried onions |
Directions:
1. In a greased shallow 2 quart baking dish, mix soup, milk, cheese, & pepper. 2. Stir in potatoes & 1/2 the can of onions. 3. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender; sprinkle remaining onions over potatoes & bake 5 minutes more or until onions are golden. 4. Serves 4. |
