Tender pork - fast Ingredients:
1 lb lean pork tenderloin |
3 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs |
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
2 teaspoons vegetable oil |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Cut tenderloin into 1 inch thick pieces. 2. Place each piece on surface and flatten with heel of hand to 1/2 inch thickness. 3. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, spices. Dredge pork to coat. 4. Heat oil in large skillet. Add pork and distribute onions and garlic around meat. 5. Cook slowly 5 minutes, turn, cook 5 minute more. |
