Ingredients:
4 cup(s) fat-free milk |
1 cup(s) quick-cooking polenta |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/3 cup(s) parmesan cheese (1.5 ounces) grated |
1 tablespoon(s) butter |
Directions:
1. Bring milk to a boil in a medium saucepan. 2. Gradually add polenta, stirring constantly with a whisk. 3. Reduce heat, and cook 5 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly. 4. Stir in salt and butter. 5. Remove from heat, and stir in cheese. |
