Parmesan Pepper Salad Dressing |

A creamy, cheesy dressing that is good on any green but (in my opinion) especially on romaine. Sometimes my hubby uses it as a dressing on a roast beef sandwich, if you can imagine. Benefits greatly from having sit time to allow flavors to blend. Ingredients:
1 cup real mayonnaise |
1/3 teaspoon tabasco |
3/4 teaspoon pepper (i usually use about 1 teaspoon) |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 teaspoon (optional) |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Mix well. 3. Pour into container. 4. Cover. 5. Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to meld. 6. This recipe can be doubled. |
