This is such an easy and delicious side dish. I have used fat free half and half before with great results so this doesn't have to be a high calorie dish. Ingredients:
16 ounces frozen peas, thawed |
1 cup cream |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In a skillet or saucepan warm peas over medium heat until heated through. Add the half and half or cream and parmesan cheese until cheese has melted. |
