Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
3 1/2 cups parmesan cheese |
4 cups dry milk |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons paprika |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Blend till resembles cornmeal. 2. Keeps in fridge 6-8 months. 3. directions for use: Medium cheese sauce: 1/2 C mix to 1 C water, bring to a boil, stirring over medium heat for 2 minutes. 4. Macaroni and Cheese:1 C macaroni cooked and drained, 1 C mix, 1 Cup water, cook till heated through. |
